In 2019, Victoria Freeman (MSW, RSW) founded the Wellness Collective Network and launched York Wellness Collective, the flagship location in Newmarket, Ontario. Her vision was to create an environment where health care professionals could develop community, access flexible office space, and grow their thriving private practices. The collective quickly became a vibrant network of colleagues and it was clear that the model was exactly what solo-clinicians and small practices had been looking for. Members were breaking through the isolation of private practice and accelerating their success through referrals, peer support and networking opportunities.
In 2023, the network expanded to include Toronto Wellness Collective; a brick and beam space in the heart of downtown Toronto. TWC is supported by Managing Partners, Victoria Freeman (MSW, RSW), Nicole Schroeder (MSW, RSW) and Andrew Ross (MSW, RSW). |
